Payment Terms

If payment is not received by the specified date, we may withdraw the participant's place without notice.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by you:

  • Full refund if cancelled before the first session of the term
  • 50% refund if cancelled within one week of the first session
  • No refund for cancellations after the first week

Cancellation by us: If we cancel a programme, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative programme.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original payment method.

Attendance and Behaviour

Regular attendance is encouraged to maximise learning outcomes. We do not provide refunds for missed sessions unless the programme is cancelled by us.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and other participants. We reserve the right to exclude participants whose behaviour is disruptive or inappropriate, without refund.
